What a wonderful place to stay! My room was beautifully clean and spacious. I had a very private deck which was a wonderful spot to sit and watch the sunset after a long day of sight-seeing. Breakfast was delicious with a wonderful atmosphere and vibrant conversation. I would highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Beautiful Queen room, comfortable bed and with ensuite (loved the automatic soft blue light when we walked into it at night). Lovely to have a cup of tea and coffee with fruit and biscuits on the terrace after our arrival. Great generous continental breakfast provided by friendly hosts.

We don’t often go for b n b’s as we are a little more on the private/ hotel style but we enjoyed the personal touches, and local amenities that you represent for Blenheim. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, well designed bedroom/en-suite with own entrance. Gerrie & Bruce are excellent hosts, they gave us great advice about wine tours and places to visit. We would definitely come again as Tawny Hills is in a quiet neighbourhood with lovely walks close to hand.
What can I say - fantastic choice of accomodation!! Great location in Blenheim, right on the edge of Wither Hills for exploring. King room was sparkling clean, comfortable & so many thoughtful touches. Best part of stay was breakfast (continental - marmalade to die for!!) with Gerrie & Bruce; an incredibly kind and welcoming couple who offer loads of local tips & chat. Would 100% recommend.
Gerrie and Bruce were so lovely and welcoming and every detail was thoughtfully considered. We were passing through Blenheim on our way from Wellington on to the west coast of the South Island and this was perfect. We really couldn’t have asked for more from this place. Spotlessly clean, all the amenities you could ever need, extremely professional. Smart hotel standards at this friendly B&B. Definitely recommend.
We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Tawny Hills B&B in October. The property is immaculate, conveniently located, and the interior is wonderfully decorated. No detail was too small! Fresh fruit and tea/coffee, towel warmers in the bathroom, wonderful patio to enjoy gorgeous New Zealand vistas - everything was fantastic. The owners were also a pleasure - they gave us space when we needed it, and provided a great breakfast with interesting conversation. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a personalised and cozy stay in the Marlborough region!
